Children are especially vulnerable. When temperatures drop, winter becomes a fight for survival. In conflict and crisis zones, warm clothing, safe shelter, and heating materials are often unavailable. Millions of children rely on winter assistance to make it through the cold season.

We help ensure that children live in warm and safe conditions during winter. This includes making war-damaged homes winterproof, supporting families with rent, heating, and electricity costs, and providing heating fuel where access to the energy grid is limited.

We provide cash assistance to vulnerable families so they can purchase what they need most—warm clothing, blankets, firewood, or essential food. Cash support allows families to meet their most urgent needs independently.

We support families who managed to flee Gaza by helping them secure warm and safe housing through rental assistance. We also provide food aid, baby supplies, and psychosocial support for children affected by the emotional trauma of the conflict.
